Our story

We booked Seyi to film our wedding on 19 July 2024. We paid £3,000. This is what happened next.

What we agreed

We asked Seyi to film our whole wedding. He offered three videographers, a full wedding video, a highlight and a reel.

We agreed a £3,000 price, paid in three instalments. The initial messages did not give a delivery date.

The payments and the video we did receive

We paid Seyi £1,500, £1,000 and £500, totalling £3,000.

We received the separate pre-wedding video in July 2024. We were still waiting for the wedding film and raw wedding footage.

We sent our wedding song choices in October 2024 and apologised for the delay. Seyi said he would add them to the edits.

03March–June 2025

The delivery promises

In March 2025, Seyi said the wedding video was completed and ready. He asked for our address so he could send it.

In June, we followed up because the USB had not arrived. Seyi said he would post it or deliver it personally when he returned the following week. We continued asking for an update.

Our later follow-ups

Nora contacted Seyi about the outstanding wedding video. On 28 July 2025, she asked him to deliver it or return the money.

Someone using the name Adetutu replied that Seyi was undergoing surgery for an infection in his left arm. The reply included an injury video. We questioned whether the arm shown was Seyi’s: it appeared to have no tattoos, while photos of Seyi show extensive tattoos on his left arm.

Where things stand

As of 5 October 2026, we have received no final wedding footage or refund.

We will update this site if we receive the footage, a refund or a further response.
