Scope, package and £3,000 arrangement
Seyi offered wedding coverage for £3,500. We agreed to £3,000 in three instalments.
RAW files and storage discussion
We discussed receiving the raw footage and providing 1 TB of storage.
£1,500 deposit records
Seyi acknowledged the deposit on 1 June. The bank history lists the £1,500 payment on 3 June.
Second payment and pre-wedding video
We paid £1,000 on 15 July. Seyi sent the separate pre-wedding video, and we confirmed receipt on 16 July.
Wedding day
Our wedding took place on 19 July 2024.
Song list and final £500
We sent our song choices and paid the final £500. Seyi acknowledged the balance.
Seyi says the wedding video is ready
Seyi said the wedding video was completed and ready. He said he would post the USB after returning from Lagos.
Address sent and another delivery promise
We sent our address on 3 May. On 6 June, we told Seyi the USB had not arrived. He said he would post it or deliver it personally when he returned the following week.

We asked Seyi about delivery again and offered cloud storage for the files.

Nora asked Seyi to post the wedding video, transfer it online or arrange a handover.
Message from Adetutu and injury video
Someone using the name Adetutu said Seyi was undergoing surgery for an infection in his left arm. An injury video accompanied the message.
Challenge and delivery-or-refund demand
Nora questioned the injury video and asked Seyi to deliver the wedding video or return the money.
